We serve genuine traditional home-made food to give you a taste of Traditional Venetian  cuisine. Our kitchen is managed by Vito, the older brother. Everyday local farmers bring him a selection of the best vegetables and meats that he then masterfully combines to create subliminally delicious recipes. His dishes are simple yet magnificent and bring together local flavours and ingredients: mushrooms and chestnuts from the surrounding hills, highest quality Lamon beans that are grown in the Belluno area, sweet violet artichokes variety “castrature” grown on the Venetian Island of Sant’Erasmo, crunchy red radicchio from Treviso, finest quality asparagus from Cimadolmo and local wild herbs and greens.
